Dabariym/Deut: 28:15:  But it shall come to pass, if you will not listen to the Voice of YaHVeH your Elohiym, to observe to do all HIS commandments and HIS statutes which I command you this day; that all these curses shall come on you, and overtake you…

Dabariym: 28:43:  The stranger that is within you shall get up above you very high; and you shall come down very low.

Dabariym:  28:44:  He shall lend to you, and you shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and you shall be the tail.

Dabariym:  28:45:  Moreover all these curses shall come on you, and shall pursue you, and overtake you, till you are destroyed; because you listen not to the Voice of YaHVeH your Elohiym, to keep HIS commandments and HIS statutes which HE commanded you:

Dabariym:  28:46:  And they shall be on you for a sign and for a wonder, and on your seed for ever.

Dabariym:  28:47:  Because you served not YaHVeH your Elohiym with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things;

Dabariym: 28:48:  Therefore shall you serve your enemies which YaHVeH shall send against you, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron on your neck, until he has destroyed you.

Dabariym:  28:49:  YaHVeH shall bring a nation against you from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flies; a nation whose tongue you shall not understand…

ICE Agent Blows the Whistle: Illegals Receiving Costly, Taxpayer-Funded Medical Treatments

"The medical benefits these people are being given is pretty far out, considering we have people here at home that need help.”

http://www.infowars.com/ice-agent-blows-the-whistle-illegals-receiving-costly-medical-treatment-at-facilities/

On the heels of a veritable invasion of the United States, federal agents tasked with protecting the nation’s borders are being ordered by their superiors to ignore the press, effectively concealing the mass influx of illegal aliens – and the costly medical treatments they are receiving – from the public eye.

Facing the threat of federal charges

for speaking to the media, one patriotic Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent frustrated with the broken immigration system granted Infowars an exclusive phone interview, detailing the crowded conditions of ICE detention facilities and the free medical treatment of illegal aliens once they’re detained.

“We’ve really seen a huge influx in children and women,” the agent, whose identity we are concealing to protect him from reprisal, stated.

Referring to US immigrant services as a “free pass,” the agent said immigrants from places like Central America are being emboldened by family members who’ve illegally entered the country successfully.“They’re all calling back home and saying, ‘Come on over! they’re giving us a free pass,” he said.

Emphasizing the inability to ensure whether detainees follow the proper legal channels once released, the agent reiterated illegals are “being given orders to appear in front of an immigration judge. If they’re going, I don’t know. Probably not.”

The ICE whistleblower said this causes agents to feel they’re performing their job functions in vain. “Certainly morale’s an issue. We’re letting a lot of people go, a lot of people go. No one wants to see these people being released.”

However, “We can put as many people as we want on the border, but if we’re gonna catch them, hook them up and then release them, then what good is it gonna do?” the agent pointed out, conceding the agency is at an impasse as far as protecting the border.

As Immigration and Customs Enforcement union boss Chris Crane

stated in February of last year, “Ice has essentially prohibited its agents from enforcing” immigration law.

“As an American, who wouldn’t have any type of concerns?” the agent stated in frustration. “The dangers are paramount, and not only that, the medical benefits these people are being given is pretty far out, considering we have people here at home that need help.”

The agent was referring to the recent Arizona VA scandal, in which a score of military veterans on the Phoenix VA waiting list died while waiting to receive medical care.

When asked whether illegal immigrants receive medical treatment at facilities, the agent answered, “Absolutely. Whoever is detained goes through a lengthy screening process, chest x-rays, check for tuberculosis, things of that nature, and they’re treated.”

“We do get our isolated cases of people with tuberculosis,” added the agent, also admitting that not all diseases are being screened for. “There may be a couple that come through that admit to having a communicable disease, but really we don’t check for communicable diseases, that’s not part of the screening process.”

But the agent said his facility’s resources are already stretched to the limit. “That’s why a lot of these females are being released,” he told us, “because there isn’t enough bed space.”

As far as being ordered not to speak to the media, “it’s kind of an ‘unwritten rule,’” he said, “we just don’t do it.”

Earlier this year, ICE agents were told not to discuss the release of some 36,000 criminal illegal immigrants, many of whom were convicted for sexual assault, aggravated assault and even homicide.

“We were given specific instructions not to comment on that report,” an ICE spokesman, Greg Palmore, told Breitbart

after the Center for Immigration Studies released a damning report.

Obama pursuing executive actions on immigration, after House effort stalls

Published June 30, 2014

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/06/30/obama-asks-congress-for-more-power-to-return-illegal-immigrant-children/

President Obama vowed Monday to bypass Congress and pursue unilateral changes to the country's immigration system, defying House Republicans who say his executive actions are part of the problem.

The president, speaking in the Rose Garden, said he is forced to go it alone because the House has failed to act on a comprehensive overhaul. He said Speaker John Boehner informed him last week the House will not vote on an immigration bill this year.

"America cannot wait forever for them to act," Obama said. He said he's launching a new effort to "fix as much of our immigration system as I can, on my own, without Congress."

The president's announcement is sure to infuriate congressional Republicans. Obama is pushing for new executive actions in defiance of Boehner's vow last week to pursue a lawsuit against the president over alleged executive overreach. Even before Monday's announcement, Boehner and his colleagues alleged that the president has gone too far in making changes without Congress to immigration policy, the Affordable Care Act, environmental regulations and other issues.

This new push would go further still.

In a written statement, Boehner called Obama's announcement "sad and disappointing," and said executive orders "can't and won't fix these problems."

During his remarks in the Rose Garden, Obama cited the current surge of illegal immigrant children crossing the southern border and said the "crisis" should underscore the need to pass a comprehensive bill. But Boehner claimed that it was Obama's past executive orders -- those easing deportations for some illegal immigrants -- that "have led directly to the humanitarian crisis along the southern border."

Boehner said "additional executive action from this president isn't going to stem the tide of illegal crossings, it's only going to make them worse." He also referred to last week's Supreme Court ruling that Obama overstepped in making recess appointments, saying the court "reminded us" that there are "sharp limits" to presidential power.

As for his conversation last week with the president, Boehner said he only told Obama what he's been saying for months: that until the public and elected officials trust him to enforce the law, "it is going to be difficult to make progress on this issue."

Obama, though, said he would still prefer to seek changes via Congress, and he'd continue to press the House to act.

But for the time being, the president announced two steps. First, he's directed Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson and Attorney General Eric Holder to move "available resources" from the interior to the border to address security. Further, the president said he's directed a team to "identify additional actions my administration can take on our own within my existing legal authorities to do what Congress refuses to do and fix as much of our immigration system as we can."

According to a White House official, those recommendations are due back by the end of the summer.

Obama's decision effectively declares that a broad based change in immigration policy is dead for the year, and perhaps for the remainder of his administration. Changing immigration laws and providing a path to citizenship for about 11 million immigrants in the country illegally has been one Obama's top priorities as he sought to conclude his presidency with a major second-term victory.

Meanwhile, the president is still grappling with the surge of illegal immigrant children and families along the border. Earlier in the day, Obama sent a letter to congressional leaders asking for more flexibility on that front, seeking increased powers to send unaccompanied children from Central America back from the U.S. border to the countries they're trying to flee.

Obama also asked for increased penalties for people who smuggle immigrants who are vulnerable, such as children. And he is asking Congress for emergency money that would, among other things, help conduct "an aggressive deterrence strategy focused on the removal and repatriation of recent border crossers." Obama's letter to Boehner, House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell says the administration is confronting the influx with a coordinated response on both sides of the border.

"This includes fulfilling our legal and moral obligation to make sure we appropriately care for unaccompanied children who are apprehended, while taking aggressive steps to surge resources to our Southwest border to deter both adults and children from this dangerous journey, increase capacity for enforcement and removal proceedings, and quickly return unlawful migrants to their home countries," Obama wrote.

The Border Patrol in South Texas has been overwhelmed for several months by an influx of unaccompanied children and parents traveling with young children from Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. Unlike Mexican immigrants arrested after entering the U.S. illegally, those from Central America cannot be as easily returned to their countries. Obama is seeking authority to act more quickly.

The Border Patrol has apprehended more than 52,000 child immigrants traveling on their own since the start of the 2014 budget year in October.

Immigrant advocacy groups, already frustrated by Obama's lack of executive action to ease record levels of deportations, immediately pounced on the administration's decision.

Marielena Hincapie, executive director of the National Immigration Law Center, said the influx of children across the border "really requires a humanitarian response, not an increase in deportations."

Feds run out of money fighting illegal immigration

Published time: July 11, 2014 16:06

http://rt.com/usa/172124-immigrants-funding-border-beds/

The Obama administration has called on lawmakers to approve an additional $3.7 billion in funds for border control and child health services to adequately address the flood of child migrants arriving in the US from Central America.

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement and US Customs and Border Protection are due to run out of funds by mid-August and mid-September, respectively, if the amount of migrants crossing the southwest US border from the likes of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador continues apace, US Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said Thursday.

Should Congress refuse to offer emergency funding, "we will have to go to a harsh form of reprogramming that will take money away from some vital homeland security programs I am sure members of this committee care a lot about," Johnson said at a Senate Appropriations Committee hearing, according to the Los Angeles Times.

Meanwhile, Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell said at the hearing that her department is due to run out of beds at temporary housing facilities if the amount of unaccompanied minors coming over the border continues at rates seen in May and June.

She warned that children would be held in much-scrutinized detention centers, or “holding pens,” along the border for extended periods should the extra funding for child services not materialize.

Burwell added that it costs anywhere from $250 to $1,000 for the US to contract out health, education, and other services for one occupant at temporary holding facilities. A grantee that assumes such services from the government is often a some sort of religious organization, the HHS secretary said.

About half, or $1.8 billion, of the requested $3.7 billion to HHS to pay for the care of children who are in removal proceedings. About $1.1 billion would go to Immigration and Customs Enforcement and $433 million would go to Customs and Border Protection. The rest of the request would fund an increase in the number of immigration judges and for

State Department programs in Central America that attempt to dissuade families from sending children to the US.

In the first half of 2014, more than 52,000 unaccompanied minors crossed the Mexican border into the United States in southwest Texas. There has also been a sharp increase in mothers from Central America carrying their children across the border.

The numbers far outpace a US Conference of Catholic Bishops report released in January that estimated 60,000 minors will enter the US from Central America without adult supervision by the end of 2014. According to Customs and Border Patrol, the 52,193 children caught in 2014 is nearly double the more than 26,000 caught in 2013.

The call for supplemental funding comes amid growing support for modification of current immigration legislation that makes it easier to deport thousands of Central American children who have crossed the border.

The William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008, or TVPRA, was signed by President George W. Bush. It says that unaccompanied minors who aren’t from Mexico or Canada (known as “other than Mexicans” or OTMs) cannot be sent back to their home countries. Instead, Customs and Border Patrol is to turn the undocumented children over to the Department of Health and Human Services within 72 hours. HHS will then hold them humanely until they can be released to a “suitable family member” in the US.

The child “shall be promptly placed in the least restrictive setting that is in the best interest of the child,” the law stipulates. “Placement of child trafficking victims may include placement in an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor program … if a suitable family member is not available to provide care.”

On Wednesday, White House officials confirmed that the administration is seeking to change the TVPRA by asking Congress for permission to treat Central American children the same way they treat Mexican children. This change would allow them to process and deport the unaccompanied minors more quickly and begin to empty out the three federal temporary holding facilities spread across the southwest of the country.

Some Democrats and immigrant-rights groups do not support a change to the trafficking law, saying that returning children to the violent or unstable conditions of their home nation would be an irresponsible, humanitarian failure. Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy said he would "fight tooth and nail" against changing the trafficking law.

House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner has expressed support for changes to the law, telling reporters this week “we would probably want the language similar to what we have with Mexico."

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said the president is willing to negotiate with Republicans on the funding request, Reuters reported. Earnest added that the administration’s proposal reflects GOP priorities, including more immigration judges and additional border patrol resources.
